What’s up folks!? Just coming off that PS4 Release high and have yet to recovery? Well delay rehab for one more week because we have another hit for ya below on top of the new software releases. So without further ado, let’s go!!!

Tuesday Nov 19

Adventure Time: Explore the Dungeon Because I DON’T KNOW! (PS3, Wii U, PC, & 3DS/2DS). For those that don’t know Adventure Time is a cartoon that airs on Cartoon Network (and a pretty good damn cartoon) well they are releasing their second game based on the animated television series Adventure Time after 2012’s Hey Ice King! Why’d You Steal Our Garbage?. In this game players strive to save the Candy Kingdom by exploring the mysterious Secret Royal Dungeon deep below the Land of Ooo. Pendleton Ward will be including a “huge reveal,” which will eventually come up in the show, the player will have to complete the game to find.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag (PC & already released on PS3, Xbox360, PS4, Wii U & Fri on XboxOne). In Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag you are a pirate & It is 1715. Pirates rule the Caribbean and have established a lawless pirate republic. Among these outlaws is a fearsome young captain named Edward Kenway. His exploits earn the respect of pirate legends like Blackbeard, but draw him into an ancient war that may destroy everything the pirates have built.

Next up is Battlefield 4 (XboxOne). Battlefield 4 is the genre-defining action blockbuster made from moments that blur the line between game and glory. Fueled by the next-generation power and fidelity of Frostbite” 3 Battlefield 4 provides a visceral dramatic experience unlike any other. Only in Battlefield can you demolish the buildings shielding your enemy. Only in Battlefield will you lead an assault from the back of a gun boat. Battlefield grants you the freedom to do more and be more while playing to your strengths and carving your own path to victory. In addition to its hallmark multiplayer Battlefield 4 features an intense dramatic character-driven campaign that starts with the evacuation of American VIPs from Shanghai and follows your squad’s struggle to find its way home. There is no comparison. Immerse yourself in the glorious chaos of all-out war found only in Battlefield.

You know it was going to happen it’s out for every current and the recent two next gen systems, so of course the XboxOne would get its fix as well. Call of Duty: Ghosts (XboxOne). In Call of Duty: Ghosts, the story is mostly told through the eyes of one single character, Logan Walker. Players assume the role of Logan for most of the game, with several other playable characters, including an astronaut specialist named Baker, and Logan’s father, Elias Walker.

OBJECTION!!! That’s right everyone’s favorite CAPCOM attorney is back in his 7th installment entitled Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies (Nintendo 3DS/2DS). Dual Destinies takes place roughly a year after the events of Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney. The legal system has entered a dark era, filled with false charges and fabricated evidence. The Wright Anything Agency run by Phoenix Wright, who retakes the bar exam to become a defense attorney once more following the previous game, takes on a newly christened lawyer, Athena Cykes, who specialises in analytical psychology, joining his other young attorney, Apollo Justice.

Need For Speed is back with a new installment titled Need For Speed: Rivals (Xbox360, XBOXONE, PS3 & PS4). Need for Speed: Rivals features a rapturous gameplay having some resemblance to 2010’s Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit title in the Need for Speed franchise with exotic cars and high-speed police chases. Players take on the role of a Racer or a Cop, with each side of the law offering its own set of challenges, risks and rewards. Rivals features eleven upgradeable gadgets such as EMPs, shockwaves and the ability to call in roadblocks. This is the 20th Game in the Need For Speed Series.

Mario Party makes it’s 13 entry in to the series this day with a title called Mario Party: Island Tour (Nintendo 3DS/2DS). This installment features seven different game boards, each with its own set of rules. The game offers 81 new mini-games that test speed, concentration and luck. In addition to the board game elements, players will be able to play mini-games exclusively or try their hands at a 30-floor tower climb, AR Card games and StreetPass battles.

Mario is back and with the original crew from Super Mario Bros. 2 but this time on the Wii U called Super Mario 3D Worlds. Work together with your friends or compete for the crown in the first multiplayer 3D Mario game for the Wii U console. In the Super Mario 3D World game, players can choose to play as Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach or Toad.

This sequel is 20 years in the making (and one I think is well deserving) a direct sequal to the massive SNES mega blockbuster The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past this time on the Nintendo 3DS(2DS) called The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. The game makes use of the 3D abilities of Nintendo 3DS, and allows Link to become a drawing and move along walls.

We finally have a new releases for Sonys PSVita this is more of an adventure puzzle game but based in a world of characters and themes made from paper called Tearaway. This paper world is small enough to hold in your own two hands, allowing you to reachinto the game with your god-like powers and help Iota complete this very special delivery.

This is the reason I said hold of just ONE more week in rehab because boys and girls “Welcome to a new generation of games and entertainment.” The XBOX ONE. That’s right the new generation of gaming starts this day (well it started Nov 2012 with the release of the Wii U but you get it). Just watch the trailer and try not to overdose…

And now the games I’ll just let the title and trailers speak for themselves…

Crimson Dragon

Dead Rising 3

Forza Motorsport 5

Ryse: Son of Rome

(Here’s an oddball of a title) Zoo Tycoon

Killer Instinct

Have fun guys. Also
